Sounds like a good sketch, although the 2nd half's time signature/vibe doesn't quite jive with the 1st half signature/vibe (or at least, the transition from 1st to 2nd may need to be more solidified to pull off) - for whatever reason. It may not be the number of beats (could be "correct") but something's throwing off the vibe in the 2nd part compared to 1st part. Hard to explain. Great solo playing & tone!

To my ears, the solo guitar could use a touch more "air".. Maybe try boosting 8kHz ~ 10kHz @ 1 or 2dB and see what you think.
