The current Pod Express hardware and firmware exposes Midi In and Out on the USB.
Whether or not Line 6 takes advantage of this already (or in a future update) or documents this is another question.
Quickly tweaking knobs, changing presets, etc did not display any activity on the Midi Monitor.
